(3) For greater certainty, as set out in subsection 1 (1) every measurement result is a record
for the purpose of this industry standard and is subject to the requirements set out in subsection
(1).

(4) A person required to make a record available under subsection (1) shall make it available
in a form approved by the Director, including, if required by the Director, an electronic format
specified by the Director.

(5) In addition to the records mentioned in subsection (1), the owner and operator of a pulp
and paper facility shall ensure that each document relating to the recommendations of the
manufacturer for each device at the facility with respect to the use, operation and maintenance
of the device is retained for the period during which the device is used or operated.

(6) If a record required to be prepared by this industry standard is required to be updated, it
shall contain the date that the record was first prepared and all subsequent dates upon which it
was updated.
