HydroGuard

Rod Ovens

HydroGuard™ rod ovens help you protect your stick electrodes
from moisture pick up, a potential contributor to weld cracking
and porosity. Protect your rods and drive moisture away.
Your welds depend on it.

Critical projects demand precise control over the arc. In fact, code
requirements in the power generation, shipbuilding and construction
industries often require the use of a rod oven to help prevent moisture
pick up in stick electrode. On many projects, you may only have one
chance. Get it right the first time.

Environmental Chamber

3 Year Warranty
You have a right to expect that the welding and cutting equipment,
electrode and flux you purchase will be free of defects in workmanship
and material. Standing behind the high quality of our products, Lincoln
Electric’s warranty commitment to its customers leads the industry in
breadth and scope.

For example, our limited warranty extends to 7 Years on many of our
main power rectifiers. With few exceptions, all industrial welders and
power sources carry a full 3 Year Lincoln warranty. Electrode, wire and
flux are warranted for 1 full year, as are environmental systems.

Extended Warranty Available
If you choose, you can extend the duration of the Lincoln warranty on
your Lincoln welder or power source by two years with the Lincoln
Electric Extended Warranty. Available only in the United States and
Canada. Visit our web site for more information.

Quality Systems
Choose welding suppliers wisely. . . look for third party certifications on
the companies and products you select. In fact, some of your projects
or customers may require it. Many Lincoln manufacturing sites have
been inspected and registered to the world’s ISO standards. In fact,
Lincoln Electric was the first welding manufacturer to be registered to
the tough ISO 9001 and 14001 standards.

However, there’s more. Equipment destined for harsh environments is
often tested to IP21, IP23 and IP23S standards. Products intended for
the Canadian market meet stringent CSA (Canadian Standards
Association) standards. Electrode is tested to comply with AWS
(American Welding Society) and often ASME Boiler Pressure codes,
ABS (American Bureau of Shipping), CWB/CSA (Canadian Welding
Bureau) and MIL qualifications. Certificates of Conformance are
available at our web site.

The innovative Lincoln Electric Welding Safety Interactive
Training Program is designed to educate arc welders
about the safety hazards they may encounter while arc
welding and the safe practices they should follow to
minimize those hazards.

The content in the new program is designed to be
understood by welders at all experience levels,
including welding instructors and students, casual
welders, professional welders and their supervisors
and employers. Even experienced professionals will
learn something new.

Welding Safety Interactive includes more than 120
frequently asked questions about welding safety and
a safety photo hunt section, which is a series of arc
welding task photos. Each contains a questionable
welding practice that viewers are asked to identify.
