ABSTRAK

PT. Dirgantara Indonesia adalah perusahaan yang kegiatannya bergerak di bidang

industri penerbangan. Perusahaan ini terdiri dari empat kegiatan utama, yaitu

manufaktur dan desain pesawat terbang, pembuatan onderdil pesawat, jasa perawatan

pesawat terbang, dan pembuatan alat-alat pertahanan. Proses-proses produksi tersebut

tentunya membutuhkan air bersih . Selain untuk proses produksi, air bersih ini juga

diperlukan untuk kegiatan kerja sehari-hari. PT. Dirgantara Indonesia menggunakan

pasokan air bersih dari instalasi pengolahan air dan juga sumur bor. Instalasi air bersih

tersebut memiliki kapasitas produksi air 15 liter/detik. Sedangkan sumur bor nya

memiliki kapasitas produksi air 1,5 liter/detik. Sumber air baku Instalasinya berasal dari

Sungai Cibeureum. Untuk mengolah air tersebut menjadi air bersih yang layak

digunakan dan kondisinya sesuai untuk proses produksi dibutuhkan suatu sistem

pengolahan dan pendistribusian air yang baik mulai dari intake hingga reservoir dan air

tersebut siap untuk didistribusikan.

ABSTRACT

Indonesian Aerospace Company is a company which activities are engaged in the

aviation industry. The company consists of four main activities, namely manufacturing

and design of aircraft, aircraft parts manufacturing, aircraft maintenance services, and

manufacture of defense equipment. Production processes are surely need clean water.

Other than for production processes, the water is also needed for daily work activities.

Indonesian Aerospace Company use the water supply from the water treatment plant

and from artesian well. The Water Treatment Plant’s water production capacity is 15

litre/second. While the artesian well’s is 1,5 liter/second. The Instalation’s Raw Water

supply is came from Cibeureum River. To treat water into a water that fit for use and

also fit for production processes use it is needed a treatment system and a good water

distribution from the intake to reservoir and then the water is ready to distribute.
